First of all, Lethal Rhythms wants to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day! We thank everyone who has served and who is now serving our country; we truly appreciate you and all you do for us!
Secondly, Lethal Rhythms wants to let everyone know about a great event coming up that we’re so excited about! One of our DJs, DJ D_Cas, also known as DJ Derek Fauntleroy, will be presenting a DJ Exhibition on June 4th at the Nike Store in Lenox Square Mall from 1-4pm! There will be several DJs there to display their talents and experiences as professional quality DJs. This is also an interactive event; people who are interested in learning the art of DJing are encouraged to come (no experience needed)!

The Urban Legends DJs and DJ Doc from V-103 will be performing, and there will be a turntablism exhibition from DJ Lord of Public Enemy! Also, there will be prizes—a pair of Nike running shoes courtesy of the Nike Store in Lenox Square Mall!
Lethal Rhythms is very proud to have DJ D_Cas on our team! He’s an incredibly talented DJ, and he has 14 years of experience in the industry. He started his career at Virginia State University in the mid 90’s. As he honed his talent of spinning live, he quickly rose from small campus parties to larger club appearances, eventually owning one of his own: local hot spot, Soul City. Soon enough, national celebrities, students, and various community luminaries were frequenting the club on a regular basis, making Soul City one of the hottest spots in the Central Virginia area. In 1999 D_CAS left Virginia to conquer the ever-growing music Mecca of the South, Atlanta, GA. There he started working in radio on Atlanta’s WRFG 89.3 FM.
His show, “The Casual Conversation Show†quickly became the #1 overnight mix show for 5 consecutive years! In 2005 he made the transition to commercial radio in Macon, GA as the morning show DJ, Mix Show Director, and DJ for the Saturday Night Mix Show, “The Spin Cycleâ€. During this time he continued to spin in the hottest clubs and at special events throughout Atlanta. He has acquired major sponsors such as Red Bull, Burger King, The Grammy Association, Boost Mobile, Ford, New York Life Insurance, and a host of others. For the past decade, DJ D_Cas has spun in almost every club in Atlanta and continues to rock parties and events!
D_CAS soon began collaborating with a well-known group of Atlanta DJs, The Urban Legends DJs. DJ D_CAS has spun all over the nation as well as internationally! He then joined the Lethal Rhythms crew and has been a wonderful addition to our group of professional DJs! DJ D_CAS has been coined “The Xperience†because of his versatility when playing parties and events. The “Xperience†can take you from old school to new school hip hop and then wind you down with some of the latest and greatest reggae and soca. You can “Xperience†the smooth sounds of R&B, Pop, Go Go, House, Top 40, Techno, and Country. The sky is the limit when in the presence of D_CAS, and Lethal Rhythms is happy to have him on our team!
