Donna Jakulski, founder of Bridal Extravaganza, has made so many contributions to the bridal industry! She not only hosts one of the largest bridal shows in Atlanta, she also brings the top notch vendors to each show for brides to view and invest their time in for their big day! In the process of getting ready for Bridal Extravaganza, we wanted our brides to get to know Donna on a personal level!! Donna generously allowed us to take time out of her busy schedule to interview her for our readers! Keep reading below for more details!!
Lethal Rhythms would like to know:
1) How did you get started with Bridal Extravaganza?
Donna: “After selling a very successful bridal publication and a four year non-compete, it was my goal to bring an exciting new bridal event to the Atlanta market…ta da The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta!”
2)What is your favorite aspect of the bridal shows?
Donna: “There are so many favorites…From working with each vendor to create the hottest wedding trends to working with our bridal salons to select the gorgeous gowns for the fashion show. But my favorites are hearing the oohs and awhs from the brides as they enter the show and the excitement from our vendors when their phones ring off the hook right after the Bridal Extravaganza.”
3) How many years have you been involved in the Bridal Industry?
Donna: “I, along with a partner starting producing the Bridal Extravaganza over 22 years ago. We started producing the events in Jacksonville, FL. and moved to Atlanta over 10 years ago. We have produced events that have included art shows, bridal shows and lifestyle events with Southern Living Magazine.”
4) Is there a favorite moment during a wedding that you can recall?
Donna: “When the bride starts her walk down the aisle – always brings a tear to my eye.”
5) Do you have a favorite moment during the time of your career in the Bridal Industry? (Past or Present)
Donna: “When a vendor shares a successful story about a wedding that was booked at The Bridal Extravagana.”

6) Please let us know an attribute about Lethal Rhythms that you find most valuable and why?
Donna: “I feel that LR is fully engaged in your event. From the very beginning, Joel and his team at LR has had a committment to help make our event a huge success. They are always going up and beyond to make what ever it takes happen to make your event the one that everyone is talking about!”
