After doing some research and asking around, I found he and his company had a great reputation- my friend in event planning had worked with him many times and raved about him. Hiring Joel was one of our biggest splurges, and it was well worth it- he MADE our wedding!! He was fun, funny, and the music was spot on. Everyone was on the dance floor. We were running an hour late on our timeline because of pictures and bridal party people getting lost, and he just rolled with it and still made time for us to have a blast on the dance floor. One of the biggest compliments my husband and I keep getting is on Joel and the music. Also, leading up to the wedding he and his assistant Laura were always available for questions and help and made me feel like they were very prepared and excited about our wedding.
